Ja Rule Sentenced To Two Years for Gun Charge

In recent Hip Hop news Grammy nominated rapper and arch rival of famed rapper 50 Cent,has been sentenced to two year from a gun charge he caught back in 2007 when the police arrested him for having a loaded weapon after a concert. As, Ja real name Jeffery Atkins, left Manhattan Supreme Court today he was in visibly low spirits as he passed by reporters standing by he said, "This isn't a good day fellas". The ironic thing about this is that he was leaving another famous rapper's show, who was also charged for the same felony, yes Ja Rule was leaving a Lil Wayne concert the same night Wayne got arrested and had to do that year, Wayne took the exact same plea, but Ja seems to be getting an extra year,yeah go figure. Ja faces the same prison time as Giants player Plaxico Buress who shot himself acccidentally in a night club with his own gun. Rule faced 3 1/2 to 15 years in prison if he was convicted of the top charge and is due back in court in febuary to schedule the start of his sentecing. Any way 50 Cent wasted no time dissing Ja on twitter, with Ja taking a stab back at the "candy shop" Mc. Check out 50's tweets............................
